Refund & Exchange Policy

Feel free to drop us an email if you found any damage, defect or faulty product caused by delivery process, or you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our team are happy to provide an exchange or refund (excluding shipping fee) based on the products that you have purchased from us. Kindly take note that the product you wish to refund / exchange must be in unused condition.

You can return a product within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment. Kindly send us an email to info@haptive.co with your order number, reason for asking an exchange / refund and include the photo or video attachment of the product.

After confirming and get reply from our Customer Service, please arrange to send the parcel back to us. Items must be returned with its original packaging. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
